Our high-quality, true organic beans are first stored in our handcrafted oak barrels. We then skillfully roast to order in our signature craft air roasters. Our Beans
We get our coffee beans fresh, and they’re still green when we seal them up inside a new handcrafted, charred oak barrel. Our beans are high-grown in soil that’s not tainted by toxins like pesticides – our beans have earned the Genuine Organic distinction. In the air roasters at Texas State of Mind, we can employ a variety of hot air roasting processes to craft an array of special roasts, and the beans always come out tasting great.
